Refund policy
Our customers’ satisfaction is a top priority for us, we are always available to resolve any issues you may have during and after ordering. It is important for us to know that you are happy with our service.
RETURN OF CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
To ensure the excellent quality of our products, each customized order is reviewed by us and individually made to order. This process limits our refund options compared to standard ‘off-the-shelf’ products.
personalized and customized items are eligible for a refund or a replacement if:
- The product you received is severely damaged.
- OR the product you received significantly differs from what is advertised on our website.
If an item arrives damaged, we will ask you to send us a photo of the damaged goods, then we'll gladly send a replacement.
Since each order is custom-made, we will not be able to resell it or make use of it. Therefore, we do not require you to ship products back in case they are damaged or if the product you received significantly differs from what is advertised on our website. In both cases, we ask you to send us a couple of photos to inspect by replying to the order confirmation email or at support@uniqagifts.com.
Once your photos are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your photos. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or product replacement.
If an error in the details you provided resulted in an incorrectly made design, such as the location of the map or any text written on it, we don't accept returns for customer errors nor do we accept returns for errors made with the shipping address or print features (size or format).
If your order is eligible for an exchange or a refund, we require an order number or proof of purchase. We accept return requests for custom-made orders up to 14 days after the product is received.
DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
Digital downloads will look exactly as you see them on our website. If you have made a typo in your personal custom text on the map, or do not find the size you were looking for in the 3 standard sizes we offer, please get in touch with us at support@uniqagifts.com and we’ll be happy to find a resolution.
SHIPPING
If the address provided on your order is considered insufficient by the courier, meaning the address is undeliverable, the shipment will be returned to us. We are happy to reship your items once returned to us due to a wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment, given a reshipment fee is paid which depends on the correct shipping address provided by you.
REFUND
In any case, you should not ship customized products back. Since each order is custom-made, we will not be able to resell it or make use of it. Therefore, we do not require you to ship customized products back in case they are qualified for a refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days from approval.
If your order is approved for a replacement, then a new order will be initiated automatically for the same item you ordered. The new order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first we advise you to check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return has been approved, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
