Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

We deliver products within the U.S. However, we are currently working on expanding our shipping network to deliver internationally. 

Digital products are available to international customers (in certain countries). 

Please be aware, that to shorten delivery times, we ship each item as soon as it is made and ready to be shipped. Therefore, orders could arrive in multiple packages.

 

SHIPPING 

FREE Standard shipping is currently available for all domestic orders (USA) of $50 or more.

The shipping rate for orders totaling less than $50 is $6.95. 

Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only.

Please Note: items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address to ensure smooth delivery.

 

DELIVERY

Star Map Posters

All orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Once processed, the estimated delivery time of star map posters is 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

 

Personalized Jewelry

Once your order is received, our designers will start working on it asap to ensure a qualitative product and fast delivery. Jewelry orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Once processed, the estimated delivery time of custom jewelry is 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping - $8

Estimated delivery time of 3–8 business days. Available for jewelry-only orders. This option is not available for orders that include other products.

Please bear in mind that shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions, could be the reasons why an order might arrive past its estimated delivery time. Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order and are committed to customer satisfaction. If your order takes more than the estimated delivery time to arrive, please contact our customer support at support@uniqagifts.com. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Since we aim to deliver to our customers as fast as possible, we are always working on shortening the processing time of orders. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible to make after the order has been received. However, depending on the volume of orders, we are sometimes able to make changes, so some short-term adjustments are sometimes still possible.
